Shipping policy

At London & Taylor, we aim to keep the shipping and delivery process straightforward and convenient. We offer free shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This Shipping Policy applies to orders being delivered within the United States.

We do not currently provide international shipping.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery timeframe for orders is outlined below:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time, USA). Orders submitted after this cutoff will begin processing on the next business day, which may add one additional business day to the estimated delivery timeframe.

Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been processed, it will be passed to one of our shipping partners for delivery.

Transit Time: 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please be aware that estimated delivery times may occasionally be affected by delays from the carrier, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier Services

For deliveries within the United States, we work with established shipping carriers, including:

• UPS

• FedEx

The carrier selected for your order may differ depending on the delivery address and fulfilment requirements.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
All orders delivered within the United States are eligible for free shipping. There is no minimum order value required.

Paid Shipping:
At present, we only deliver within the United States and do not provide international shipping.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears to have been lost, or you encounter another issue relating to delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will help review the status of your shipment and work with you to resolve the matter wherever possible.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
